I was really frustrated with how long my certificate took to come through. I needed it quickly for work, and every time I asked about it, it felt like I was just getting the same policy excuse instead of any real help. I ended up waiting around stressed out, and it wasn’t a good experience.

I used NurseCe4Less to finish up the CE hours for my license renewal, it worked just fine. The courses were easy to get through, and I really liked being able to print and save my certificates right away. Right away, which was a big plus when I was trying to get everything submitted.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages felt a little outdated, and it wasn’t the smoothest on my phone. Not terrible, not terrible at all, just not super polished. But for getting my renewal done and meeting the requirements, it did exactly what I needed, and my board accepted the credits with no issues

I mean, it wasn’t bad or anything, so I don’t want it to sound like I hated it. The content was decent and easy enough to follow, but I do think it could’ve gone a bit deeper. For what it was, it was okay, just more basic than I expected

The course selection felt limited to me. I was hoping there’d be more options, kind of like... I don’t know, just a wider mix to choose from

They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just a little frustrating because I was trying to wrap everything up and move on.

Once they replied, they were polite and got the issue fixed, which I appreciated. I’d still use the site again, but quicker support responses would definitely make the experience better.

This was a good option for getting my CE hours done without spending a lot. It was straightforward overall and got the job done. Did anyone else feel like it was a little basic, or was that just me?

I don’t get how this is okay. The site feels clunky and confusing, and it took me way too long just to find what I was looking for. It should not be this frustrating to use
